제목 The Process of CdS Absorber Layer by Chemical Bath Deposition
초록 Recently, significant attention has been paid to the fabrication of solar cells using copper indium diselenide (CIS), copper indium gallium diselenide (CIGS), and cadmium tellurium (CdTe) as absorber materials. One alternative compound material is copper zinc tin sulfur (CZTS), which contains abundant elements and appears to be suitable for solar cell device.
In this paper, a method of the fabrication of the large-scale (4’’) CdS buffer layer by chemical bath deposition(CBD) process for high-efficiency CZTS thin-film solar cell is described.  CBD process system is designed for large-scale CdS deposition process. The optical and electrical properties of CdS thin films were investigated at various deposition times. The morphology, thickness, uniformity, crystallinity of CdS thin films were examined by X-ray diffraction, field-emission scanning electron microscopy, UV-VIS-NIR spectrometer respectively.
