Despite of relatively low efficiency compared to the conventional inorganic solar cells, interests in the polymer solar cells(PSCs) based on the conjugated polymers and fullene derivatives have been dramatically increased due to the potential of low-cost and portable power sources. For realization of cost-efficient and high throughput solar cells, several groups are studying on the novel solution processes and conducting electrode replacing transparent conducting oxide such as ITO(Indium-doped tin oxide). In this study, we report on the fabrication and characteristics of printed ITO-free PSCs with metal nanostructures. |
