| 제목 | Enhancement efficiency of PSCs by addition of Au nano particles in buffer and photo-active layers |
| 초록 | The addition of Au nano particles(NPs) to photo-active layer offers the possibility of enhanced photon absorption property. In this study, we introduced Au NPs into the buffer layer and photo-active layer to improve the PCE of PSCs. Particularly, we added an aprotic polar solvent to the buffer layer in order to improve the carrier mobility. As a result, the PCE of fabricated device was enhanced due to increased Jsc and FF. Moreover, the series resistance of device was decreased. |
