제목 | Electrochemical characteristics of TiO2-coated silicon particles with various coating morphologies for the anode materials of lithium secondary batteries |
초록 | TiO2-encapsulated silicon nanoparticles were prepared by modified sol gel method. The TiO2 on the particle acted as a buffer layer against volume changes of silicon during charge-discharge cycling. Based on our experimental study, the coating morphology of TiO2 layer significantly affected the electrochemical characteristics. In this work, the effect of coating morphology on electrochemical performance of TiO2-encapsulated silicon nanoparticles was investigated. |
