Heterologous expression of gentamicin cosmid (pGEN01) in Streptomyces venezuelae YJ003 |
| 초록 |
The biosynthetic gene cluster of gentamicin was isolated from Micromonospora echinospora. The sequencing of the 32.6 kb region of M. echinospora genomic DNA revealed 26 open reading frames including putative gentamicin biosynthesis gene. Here, we report the heterologous expression and characterization of the gentamicin cosmid (pGEN01) in S. venezuelae YJ003 which is transformed by cloning in pGEN01. |
