제목 | Versatile Solution Synthesis of Sulfide Solid Electrolytes Using Cosolvents for All-Solid-State Batteries |
초록 | All-solid-statebatteries (ASSBs) have attracted considerable attention as an alternative to improvethe safety issues and limited energy density of conventional lithium-ionbatteries. Especially, ASSBs employing sulfide solid electrolytes (SEs) showbetter performance than oxide or polymer electrolytes due to theirdeformability and high ionic conductivities. For practical applications ofsulfide SEs, their mass production is essential. Conventional solid-state synthesesinvolving ball-milling process require high energy and long time, compared to newlyemerging wet-chemical synthesis. In thiswork, we report on solution synthesis of various sulfide SEs, such as Li6PS5Cl,Li10GeP2S12, and Na11Sn2PS12,using cosolvents comprised of alkylamine and alkylthiol. |
