The purpose of this paper is to minimize and protect risks and accidents by showing managements to be applied in the fields of PSRM.Accordingly, this paper shows key elements of managements to be fulfilled on technologies, manufacturing processes and related facilities, etc.All chemical plants have various manufacturing and handling/treating processes regardless of big or small in both capacity and size. These plants include many processes such as unloading and loading facilities, raw materials warehouse, manufacturing, intermediate & product storages, and waste treating facilities, etc. And also, they have hazardous and toxic materials in processes.Occasionally, serious accidents in these plants have been occurring due to poor management in PSRM. Regretfully these serious accidents used to call catastrophic losses on both lives and properties. These sad losses are caused by poor management on especially both top and managing groups. Therefore in order to minimize and protect these serious accidents, they are necessary to manage systematically and overall on the managements of their technology, manufacturing processes/ facilities and evenmanpower survey, etc. |
