Preparation and Properties of Encapsulated Caffeic Acid into Liposome |

Caffeic acid is outstanding the other antioxidants. Entrapment of phytochemical caffeic acid into deformed liposome was prepared for improving oxidation stability and confirming physical property. Solubility of caffeic acid was increased by the addition of ethanol and water. Particle size and zeta potential of deformed liposome were investigated by the dynamic light scattering(DLC) equipped. Consequently, average particle sizes of deformed liposome depended on lipid composition and caffeic acid solution concentration, amount of added solvent. The entrapment efficiency of deformed liposomes can be measured by the ultracentrifugation technique. |
