Electrohydrodynamic (EHD) printing process for diverse applications (organic electrode, organic thin film transistors and gas sensor) |
초록 |
We have systematically investigated the optimization of the PEDOT:PSS with DMSO for use in OTFT applications as electrode via the EHD printing process. The pentacene OTFTs with EHD printed PEDOT:PSS with DMSO exhibit better electrical performance and lower contact resistance than Au-based OTFTs. We also developed a size-sorted MWCNT/PSS composite ink for use in the preparation of directly patterned conductive lines in OTFT. In addition, the direct drawing of ZnO and MWCNT/PSS lines for the preparation of reliable n-type TFT arrays was conducted with an EHD jet printing technique. The printed TFT showed good reliability with negligible hysteresis. EHD technology also was utilized to fabricate gas sensor by adaption of MoS2 which was sprayed with EHD printing process showingh high sensitivity to NO2 and gas sensing reproducibility to NH3 |
