제목 A Study on Thermal Conductivity and Mechanical Properties of Electroless Ni-B plated MWCNTs reinforced Epoxy Matrix Composites
초록 In this work, the effects of changes in the surface properties of MWCNTs by being electroless Ni-plated on thermal conductivity and fracture toughness of epoxy matrix composites were examined. The surface properties of MWCNTs were analyzed by using a scanning electron microscope, an X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and X-ray diffraction analysis. The thermal conductivity was measured by the thermal conductivity measurement system. The fracture toughness was analyzed by measuring the critical stress intensity factor (KIC).
