Preparation of PANI-coated MnCo2O4 nanofiber composite electrodes |
초록 |
The MnCo2O4 nanofibers using the composite solution consisted of manganese nitrate, cobalt nitrate, polyacrylonitrile(PAN) and plyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP) in DMF were prepared by electrospining, and followed by optimal thermal treatment under air condition. Afterwards, the MnCo2O4/polyaniline(PANI) nanofiber composites synthesized by coating to polymerize PANI on the surface of MnCo2O4 fibers. The MnCo2O4/PANI nanofiber composites increase the electrochemical performance by offering (i) enhanced electrochemical sites by formation of abundant nanograins (ii) the mesoporous structures and increased electrical conductivity by growth of whisker-like PANI on the surface of MnCo2O4 fiber, and (iii) the easy pathway of ion transfer by plenty of spaces between MnCo2O4/PANI nanofibers. |
