제목 Well-Defined Periodic Minimal Surfaces of Block Copolymer Bi-layers  .
초록 we sythesized Block copolymer, which is composed the hydrophilic part of PEG and the hydrophoibic part of PS. this block-copolymer directly self-assembled into colloidal particles in aqueous solution, the inverse biconinuous cubic mesophases, cubosomes. the internal structure of cubosomes is highly delicate and high surface area. we confirm that using SAXS, SEM and TEM. the solvent condition of the self-assembly effect the morphology of self-assembled structure. we use dioxane as solvent, because dioxnae is co-solvent of BCs. adding small amount of DMF in dioxane make cause transtion vesicle to cubosome.
