Small and medium-sized OLED display market continues to grow, and especially OLED TV market of the world is growing rapidly. Therefore leading OLED technology has become more and more important. In this paper, we synthesized phosphorescent Iridium (III) complexes. The ligands of Iridium (III) complexes were synthesized by Suzuki coupling reaction. The ligands through changes in oxidative addition materials to get the red color were to study the appropriate Iridium (III) complexes. Oxidative addition materials were used such as 2-bromo-4-(trifluoromethyl) pyridine, 2-bromoisonicotinonitrile, 4-amino-2-bromopridine. Also dithieno[3,2-b:2’,3’-d]thiophen-2-yl boronic acid was used as organic borane. Iridium (III) complexes were synthesized by 2 steps of Nonoyama reaction. Ancillary ligand used acetylacetone. Iridium (III) complexes were measured by nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR), UV-visible spectroscopy and photoluminescence(PL). |
