제목 Physical properties of white enamel coating using acrylic resin of water-dispersion type
초록 In order to prepare the waterborne acrylic resin coatings, waterborne acrylic resins were synthesized by a radical polymerization of monomers. Epoxysilane for curing agents of synthetic acrylic resins containing tertiary amine were used. On the basis of synthesized resins white enamel paints were prepared and their drying time, pot life, hardness, solvent resistance, and weather resistance were examined. As increasing the contents of dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate, the hardness and solvent resistance was increased, and the pot life and clarity was lowed. The weather resistance and hardness was increased by hydroxyl group and carboxyl group. The pot life of hydroxyl monomer was lowed. The weather resistance was decreased with increasing dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate contents.
