제목 Photoresist-derived carbon patterns for transparent electric heating devices
초록 In this study, electric heaters were prepared from commercial epoxy-based photoresist by deep UV lithography and carbonization. The photoresist patterns prepared by deep UV lithography were carbonized under inert atmosphere. The prepared carbon patterns were characterized in terms of their optical and electrical properties, and electric heating performance. The carbon patterns with a transmittance of 87% showed excellent electric heating performances. The maximum heating rate and temperature at 60 V were 8.8 °C/s and 120 °C, respectively, which were comparable to reduced graphene oxide- and silver nanowire-based electric heating devices.
