Alcohol-soluble conjugated polymer as the interfacial layer of inverted polymer solar cell |
초록 |
Electron transfer layer (ETL) play very important roles in organic solar cells (OSCs). In this paper, we synthesize two fluorene electron transfer materials P[IsoPh-OH-T] and P[IsoPh-Br-T] Salt with the same conjugated backbones but different substituents. To investigate the properties of these materials, the bulk heterojunction(BHJ) OSCs with device structure ITO / ZnO / ETL / PTB7:PC71BM / MoO3 / Ag were fabricated. As a result, Compare with reference device with ZnO/MeOH ( PCE = 7.41% ), the devices with P[IsoPh-OH-T] and P[IsoPh-Br-T] Salt achieved PCE of 7.22%, 7.52% respectively. It has been reported that the interface interaction between interlayer and ITO or ZnO can affect work function. After evaluating the interface interaction, the work function of ITO with P[IsoPh-OH-T] and P[IsoPh-Br-T] Salt was shifted from the reference -4.8 eV to -4.46 and -4.44 eV |
