제목 Cyano substituted aromatic aramid and para-linked aromatic polyamide copolymer
초록 Para-linked aromatic polyamide shows high performance as thermo stability, insulation, high melting temperature, low density. So para-linked aromatic polymer is suitable for high performance fiber material. The famous para-linked aromatic polymer is the Kevlar. Para-linked aromatic polyamide is not dissolve in inorganic metal-containing polar organic solvent. Para-linked aromatic polyamide is dissolve in a kind of the strong acid like the 100% sulfuric acid. But the strong acid like the sulfuric acid has many problems in the process, and environmental issues. To solve these problems is urgently required is stable in polar organic solvents, and radioactive liquid that can form an excellent solution is the aramid polymer. The cyano substituted aromatic aramid fibers for the 1996 was announced by Dr. Oh. This study is the synthesis of para-linked aromatic polyamide and cyano substituted aromatic aramid copolymers. And they are investigated by NMR, IR, DSC, TGA.
