Synthesis and Characterization of Fluorene and Carbazole-based Conjugated Copolymers containing Benzothiadiazole Derivative for Light-Emitting Diodes |
| 초록 |
Fluorene and carbazole-based polymers have been researched widely because of their optical properties and good hole-transporting ability in light-emitting diodes. We synthesized various copolymers by incorporating benzothiadiazole derivative as electron deficient monomer into these polymer backbones and tuned over emission color of the resulting copolymers. We will present the results on copolymers by palladium-catalyzed Suzuki coupling methods and their EL properties. |
