제목 Synthesis and Photovoltaic Properties of Extended Quinoxaline based Copolymer for Bulk-heterojunction Solar Cells
초록 Polymer solar cells(PSCs) have attracted attentions from industry and academic community for next generation photovoltaic, because of their advantages of easy fabrication, low cost, light-weightiness, and flexibility. Benzodithiophene(BDT) and alkylidenefluorene unit is attractive due to its compact planar structure that could be beneficial to the electron delocalization and improve mobility into various conjugated polymers. Phenazine unit is to incorporate chromospheres highly absorbing in visible and near-infrared regions by extend fused-phenyl rings. Alkoxy-chains in quinoxaline derivatives may produce high solubility polymers along with the absorption and coplanarity properties of the dibenzo-phenazine derivates. In this study, we synthesized phenazine based copolymer and investigated their PSCs property.
