제목 Platform for the design of novel biosynthetic pathways to produce industrially valuable chemicals
초록 In metabolic engineering industry, the systematic approach to find a novel pathway for production was a time-cost work. Therefore, we developed a systematic platform called EnzMatcher to design metabolic pathways along with their candidate enzymes. Also, this platform identifies novel and feasible biosynthetic pathways for the target chemicals. For demonstration, we chose 6 chemicals and each chemical production pathway was predicted by this framework. We assure that this platform would be an effective tool to be applied in synthetic biology and metabolic engineering research area.
