| 제목 | Improved thermal conductivity of carbon fiber/epoxy composites by plating the fibers with copper |
| 초록 | Thermal management of the polymer composites has been taken a rapidly growing attention in various devices including aircrafts, electronics, lighting and automotive, because failure of heat dissipation of the composites causes the robust negative effect on the performance, lifetime and reliability of the devices. Here, we introduce the facile way to enhance the thermal conductivity of the polymer/PAN based carbon fiber composites using Cu electroplating on the PAN based carbon fiber. |
