제목 SIS/PLGA and Thermosensitive Hydrogel Scaffold for Tissue Engineered Biodisc
초록 Small intestinal submucosa has been widely used as a biomaterial without immune rejection responses. We fabricated cylindrical PLGA/SIS scaffold depending on content of SIS by solvent cast/salt leaching method. Morphology of scaffold was characterized by SEM. The disc cell isolated from the spine of NewZealand white rabbit was seeded in the inner section of synthesized MPEG-PCL hydrogel, and the AF cell was seeded in the outer section. Cell proliferation of disc cell was evaluated by MTT assay. Characterization of disc tissue was confirmed by the histological staining. In SEM result, all fabricated scaffold had interconnected open pore. MTT assay indicated that the scaffold containing SIS has good cell proliferation. In H&E staining results, we confirmed that cell density was increased from 1 to 6 weeks. Hydrogel seeded NP was observed the more sufficient ECM than the outer section.
