제목 The Effect of Zn Doping in (1.0NiMn2O4 + 0.05Co + 0.05Fe + 0.05Cu) NTC Thin Film Fabricated with Aerosol Deposition
초록 This study examines the effect of Zn doping in NTC material with the composition of  1.0NiMn2O4 + 0.05Co + 0.05Fe + 0.05Cu. NTC thermistor thin films of 1.0NiMn2O4 + 0.05Co + 0.05Fe + 0.05Cu + xZn (x = 0, 0.005, 0.01, 0.025, 0.05) were fabricated on glass substrate by Aerosol Deposition at room temperature. The phases of the deposited films were analyzed by X-Ray Diffractometry (XRD) and Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) with EDS. Resistance-temperature (R-T) characteristics were measured and values of thermistor constant B30/100 was ranged from 4350K to 5300K. The values of activation energy for the NTC thermistor were calculated as 0.375, 0.378, 0.387, 0.455, 0.456eV with the x = 0, 0.005, 0.01, 0.025, 0.05, respectively.
