제목 고분자 전해질 회합을 이용한 블록공중합체 마이셀
초록 Complex coacervation is a liquid-liquid phase separation when two oppositely charged polyelectrolytes are mixed in an aqueous solution. Complex coacervates have been widely used in the field of pharmacy and food industry due to low interfacial tension and singnificant water fraction. In this study, the structure of complex coacervate driven micelles (C3M) is investigated as a function of charged block length, pH, and salt concentaration. C3M are formed by mixing of AB and A’B block copolyelectrolyte solutions in aqueous solution where A and A’ are oppositely charged blocks, and B is PEO. Monodisperse C3Ms formed by simple mixing show stimuli-responsiveness to pH and ionic strength. In particular, we observed scaling relationship between core dimension and charged block length, which is analogous to traditional block copolymer micelles. These results are discussed in terms of current understanding of complex coacervate and their self-assembly.
