제목 Analysis of direct formic acid fuel cell performances using three electrodes system
초록 In this experiment, Pt wire-inserted three electrode system was applied to the direct formic acid fuel cell(DFAFC) as a new method for simultaneously measuring overpotentials of the two electrodes ; cathode versus DHE and anode versus DHE. The performances of each part of DFAFC were measured with different concentrations of formic acid at different flow rates of gas and fuel, and the tendencies of anode and cathode polarization curves were observed. Furthermore, potential drop occurred due to mass transfer limitation caused by dilute formic acid solution at the anode.
