Fabrication of Silica/polymer Nanocomposite Membranes Using Surface-modified Silica Nanoparticle : Proton conductivity and Chemical-Thermal Stability |
초록 |
Silica/polymer nanocomposite membranes containing high silica nanoparticle content (17 - 30 wt%) were fabricated using surface-modified silica nanoparticles having reactive vinyl groups, which were synthesized through reaction between hydroxy groups of silica and NCO-terminated acrylate. Because of reactive vinyl groups, these silica nanoparticles could be copolymerized with styrene sulfonate contents. Also, very high amount of silica nanoparticles could be dispersed within polymeric membrane Obtained stability. Silica content and type and amount of dispersion agent were also varied to investigate change in proton conductivity and methanol permeability of membranes. |
