제목 Preparation and Characterization of Y2O3-CeO2 on SiC Sludge Membrane by Dip-coating Method
초록 The nanoporous hydrogen selective SiC membrane has been used for application in membrane reactors for the water gas shift and steam reforming reactions. The 95% SiC sludge was prepared through purification process. It’s an environmentally-friendly membrane as reusing industrial waste, SiC sludge. Y2O3-CeO2 sol was synthesized with Yttrium (Ⅲ) nitrate hexahydrate and Cerium (Ⅲ) nitrate hexahydrate by sol-gel method. Among the doped ceria yttirum and lathanum are the usual dopants, which can effectively enhance the ionic conductivity. The membranes were prepared with Y2O3-CeO2 sol using dip-coating technique. The prepared membrane was characterized by Thermogravimetry-Differential thermal analysis (TG-DTA), X-ray Diffractometer (XRD), Field-Emmision Scanning Electron Microscope (FE-SEM), Energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS) and Bruner-Emmertt-Teller (BET) surface analysis.
