White polymeric light-emitting diode fabricated using fluorene-based copolymers blends |
초록 |
White light emission diodes have attracted particular research interest due to their various applications. We have succeeded in obtaining white light emission using conjugated polymer blends. Bluish-green emissive fluorene-based copolymers and red emissive materials were used in the blends. The optical properties of polymer blend films were characterized by UV-Vis absorption and photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy. The inefficient energy transfer between these bluish-green and red light emitting materials (previously deduced from the PL spectra of the blend films) enables the production of white light emission through control of the blend ratio. The light-emitting device with a configuration of ITO/PEDOT:PSS/polymer blend/Ca/Al were fabricated and the detail of electroluminescent properties will be described. |
