제목 Thermal Conductivities of Three-Component Nanocomposite Sheets Including Magnetic Metal Core and Alumina Shell Particles
초록 As technology continues to advance, the trend toward designing smaller devices with higher performance capabilities is requiring many to innovate and visualize of new ways of managing heat and solving EMC/EMI issues in more efficient ways. Optimal thermal management and EMC/EMI shielding is decisive to enhancing a product’s overall lifespan or optimizing the performance in devices. For this purpose, we have investigated thermophysical and electromagnetic properties of heat-spreadable EMI composites including Fe-Cr ferromagnetic core and thermal conductive alumina shell layer. In this study, we fabricated ferromagnetic core-thermal conducting alumina shell particles via solvothermal process assisted by supercritical carbon dioxide with sol-gel processing. As a result, the thermal conductivities of the three-component composite sheets with nanostructured shell layer were well-predicted from the modified Pal model by considering the phonon scattering.
