Enhanced Oxidative Activities of CYP105F2 in Streptomyces lividansTK24 by Ferredoxin Reductase and Ferredoxin from S. peuceticus |
| 초록 |
Cytochromes P450 belong to the group of external monooxygenases and consequently receive the necessary electrons for oxygen cleavage and substrate conversion from different redox partners. The cytochrome P450 gene, CYP105F2, from Streptomyces peuceticus was expressed in Streptomyces lividans TK24 with expression vector pIBR25. The oxidative dealkylation of 7-ethoxycoumarin was noticed in whole-cell biotransformation. Expression of CYP105F2 as an operon with ferredoxin reductase and ferredoxin from S peuceticus showed enhanced activity towards dealkylation efficiently. |
