Influence of Fluorine Plasma Treatment on Thermal Stabilities and Mechanical Interfacial Properties of NBR/Silicas |
초록 |
The effect of fluorine plasma treatment of silica on the thermal stabilities and mechanical interfacial properties of silica/NBR composites was investigated. The surface properties of the plasma treated silica were studied in XPS. And, the thermal stabilities and mechanical interfacial properties of the composites were characterized TGA and GⅢC, respectively. As experiment results, the fluorine functional groups of silica surfaces were increased as plasma treatment time increased. The GⅢC of the composites was also increased with increasing the plasma treatment time. This result could be attributed to the fluorine functional groups on silica surfaces played an important role in improving the intermolecular interactions at interfaces between silicas and NBR matrix in the composites. |
