Perovskite solar cells have been of great interest as a next generation solar cell because they have strong absorptivity, small exciton binding energy, convenient bandgap tunability, and solution processing. However, they make a problem on environment due to existence of toxic lead. Therefore, we need to develop new perovskite materials without lead. Divalent metal such as Sn and Ge can be replaced to lead, but they are likely to be oxidized to the instability of +2 state. In contrast, the trivalent Sb with A3B2X9 structure has good stability but the dimer structured Sb-based perovskite materials have indirect bandgap and little degree of freedom to bandgap control. Therefore, here we tried to make layered structure Sb-based perovskite material by composition engineering |
