Organic semiconductors have been extensively developed with regards to their charge transport ability and have recently been demonstrated to be a possibilities for large-area, commercial electronic photonics and electronics. For organic semiconducting materials for OTFT, there are many prerequisites such as high mobility above 0.1, which is amorphous silicon mobility. And, it should have good solubility for solution process. Moreover, it is useful for easy ambipolar transport character. So far, various synthetic strategies of organic semiconductors have been reported that increase their charge carrier transport characteristics for OTFT. In this presentation, we will report design strategy of high mobility, environmental-friendly processability, and easy ambipolar transport for organic semiconducting materials. |
