제목 The Degradation of Formamidinium Lead Halide Hybrid Perovskite Quantum Dots in Electric Field
초록 Organic-inorganic hybrid perovskites have been used in photoelectronic applications. Hybrid perovskite contains a variety of components with high charge values and/or polarities that vary by ion exchange, photoinduced phase separation, or ion migration. These variable properties make perovskites “soft materials”. Meanwhile, optoelectronic devices operate under electrochemical conditions in the presence of an electric fields. To investigate the effect of this field on the material/photophysical properties of hybrid perovskites, FAPbBr3 (FA+ : CH(NH2)2+) perovskite quantum dots were synthesized in this study. It was found that electric field played an important role in inducing defect-mediated redox reactions, changing the photophysical properties of hybrid PQDs, and causing their irreversible transformations to various lead halide plumbate complexes. These findings can help developing strategies to improve the PQDs operational performance for optoelectronic devices.
