제목 Fabrication of transparent conductive film using various carbon nanotubes having different wall number with PEDOT
초록 Carbon nanotubes are one of the compromising fillers for transparent conductive film. And Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrenesulfonate) known as PEDOT:PSS, is today probably the most successful conductive polymer. In this study, we prepared CNT/PEDOT composite films using spin coating method and evaluated the effect of the wall numbers on its transparency and electrical conductivity for application to flexible transparent conducting films. Single-walled nanotubes (SWNTs), thin multiwalled carbon nanotubes (tMWNTs), and multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) were dispersed in DMF (Dimethyl formamide), respectively. CNT/PEDOT mixing suspension and some additives produced transparent and conductive thin film. The film deposition was confirmed by monitoring the transmission of multilayered films. The film morphology and its conductivity were investigated by SEM, conductive AFM and 4-point probe method.
