Combinatorial Chemical Gradient Using Organosilane SAMs and Thiol-ene Reaction for Cellular Adhesion Studies |
초록 |
Cell adhesion is a critical step for cells to interact and grow on the biomaterial surfaces. Biocompatible surface properties have been one of the issues to researchers who are interested in medical and surgical applications such as biomedical devices and artificial implants. However, numerous surface characteristics affect on the cell behaviour. It is hard to see one specific Surface characteristics These chemical gradient surfaces are characterized by water contact angle, Atomic Force Microscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and X-ray reflectometry. After incubating cells, we could observe the cell attached surface by phase contrast microscopy. |
