제목 Optimization of a hydrogel-based SPR biosensor for detection of multivalent protein binding
초록 Multivalent protein binding (MPB) interactions, in which a ligand concurrently interacts with two or more receptors, play a key role in regulating complex but accurate biological functions. Detection of MPB can be achieved by functionalization of SPR sensor chips with bioresponsive hydrogels. Since the sensitivity of hydrogel-based SPR sensor chips is highly influenced by the properties of the hydrogel matrix, optimization of the hydrogel component is vital. Here, we present our work on the optimization of a p(NIPAm-co-Aac)-based SPR sensor.
