Characteristics of Cu2ZnSn1-xSex (CZTSSe) absorber thin films prepared by sulfo-selenization of metallic and sulfide precursors |
초록 |
We studied how to optimize properties of Cu2ZnSn1-xSex (CZTSSe) absorber thin films. The CZTSSe thin films are synthesized by sulfo-selenization process, using Cu/SnS2/ZnS metallic and sulfide precursor stacks deposited by RF sputtering. The sulfo-selenization of precursors to synthesize CZTSSe thin films occurs in a RTA system under inert atmosphere of Ar. S and Se is provided in the form of S powder and Se pellets disposed with the precursors in a graphite box. Effects of sulfo-selenization conditions such as amount of S or Se source, reaction time, and temperature on the synthesis of CZTSSe thin films were investigated using X-ray diffraction patterns (XRD), Raman spectroscopy, field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), and UV-visible spectroscopy. |
