제목 | Preparation of Visible Light Curable Chitosan Derivative with Hemostatic Treatment |
초록 | β-chitosan extracted from squid bone was particularly useful in hemostatic treatment and wound healing because of its stable composition. To increase hemostatic effect, we introduced furfuryl group with visible light reactivity into β-chitosan. Prepared chitosan derivative confirmed to have visible light reactivity by micropatterning. Biocompatability of furfuryl chitosan derivative was evaluated by WST assay. In conclusion, it was demonstrated that photo curable chitosan derivative could be useful for hemostasis and wound healing.
