Synthesis and analysis of N,N,N′,N′-tetrakis(4-(aryl)phenyl)ethylenediamine |
| 초록 |
The materials which have two-dimensional structures lead to partial crystallization that causes an electrical short circuit to decrease a life of the organic semiconductor device. This phenomenon is known to be resulted from the π-π stacking. The three-dimensional structure is expected to enhance the device stability by reducing the π-π stacking tendency. In this study, we synthesized several N,N,N′,N′-tetrakis(4-(aryl)phenyl)ethylenediamine derivatives that have three-dimensional structure and analyzed their structure and optical property. |
