제목 | Preparation and characterization of self-assembled nanoparticular polysaccharide |
초록 | Amphiphilic polysaccharide nanoparticles have been widely investigated as the carriers for active agents such as small molecules, proteins, peptides, and nucleic acids due to many advantages in protection, transport and delivery of active agents1-5. In this study, the nano-sized polymeric micelle was prepared using the hydrophilic polysaccharide and hydrophobic side chains. The calcein and bonine serum albumin (BSA) were used as the model agents for the encapsulation into the polymeric particles. The particle size, size distribution, release rate, and encapsulation efficiency were investigated in the variety temperatures and pH conditions. The results revealed that the nano-sized particles in benefit to deliver the bioactive agents. Fig. 1. Schematic diagram of self-assembled nanoparticle. References 1. K. S. Soppimath, T. S.
