제목 Hyperbranched polyglycidol/lecithin Phosphatidylethanolamine Hybrid Liposomes for the pH-sensitive Anti-cancer Drug Delivery
초록 Liposomes have been widely used as drug delivery systemes because of their resemblance of cell membrane composed of natural or synthetic amphiphilic lipid molecules. Our strategy to synthesize glycidol based lipopolymer hybrid materials via ring opoening polymerisation of glycidol with phosphatadylethanolamine as an initiator. A series of glycidol containing lipopolymer were synthesized and analysed by various spectroscpic studies. In addition, the self assembling behaviour of lipopolymer were analysed by Transmission emission microscpe and dynamic light scattering.
