제목 Optimizing of Phosphorescence Organic Light-Emitting Diodes
초록 During the last several years, organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) have an attractive interesting due to their excellent performance and potential applications in OLEDs for full-color flat-panel display technology. The recent fabrication of OLEDs employing various heavy-metal complexes suggests due to their ability to boost the internal quantum efficiency to 100 %. The strong spin-orbit coupling of a heavy metal enhances intersystem crossing and mixes the singlet and triplet states. Generally, to maximize the performance of electrophosphorescent devices, it is necessary to select a suitable host for efficient energy transfer from the host to the phosphorescent dopant and to avoid concentration quenching. Understanding carrier injection, carrier transport, and excition formation in these blended system is the central issue for optimizing these devices. In this work, the role of dopant concentration on the devices is the only parameter investigated.
