Chemical polymerization of pyrrole on the polyaniline electrospun fibers to improve the physical properties and electrical conductivity for EMI SE |
초록 |
Polyaniline-based fibers(PFs) was prepared by electrospinning method. For improving the physical properties and electrical conductivity of PFs, polypyrrole was coated by chemical polymerization. The effects of oxidants and surfactant were investigated during chemical polymerization process. The surface morphology was investigated by using FE-SEM images and their functional groups of surface were studied by using FT-IR. The thermal stability was also studied by TGA analysis. The electrical conductivity was measured by using four probe method and electromagnetic interference shielding effectiveness (EMI SE) was investigated for the application of electric devices. Eventually, the physical properties and electrical conductivity of the product synthesized by our process show the excellent improvement for the EMI SE. |
