제목 Enhanced energy harvesting performance of an electrospun PVDF/AgNWs nanofibers-based triboelectric nanogenerator.
초록 We developed the high performance triboelectric nanogenerators (TENGs) based on nylon nanofiber mats and electrospun poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) and silver nanowires(AgNWs) composites. The nanofiber mats were made by electrospinning the mixed solution, controlling AgNWs contents from 1 to 10wt% in PVDF in a co-solvent mixture of dimethyl acetamide (DMAC) and acetone. The diameter of the fibers ranged from 200 to 900nm by SEM images. TEM images were taken to investigate the inner structure of the nanofibers. The XRD results revealed that adding AgNWs into PVDF greatly enhances the content of β phase in PVDF. This β phase increase can be attributed to interactions between the AgNWs and the PVDF nanofibers, which forces the polymer chains to be embedded into the β phase. The cycling stability was enhanced by annealing process at 130℃.
