제목 Synthesis and characterization of kesterite Cu2ZnSn(S1-x,Sex)4 thin films prepared with different annealing processes
초록 Cu2ZnSn(S1-x,Sex)4 (CZTSSe) thin films were prepared by annealing of sputtering deposited Cu/SnS2/ZnS/Mo/glass thin films. The precursor thin films were annealed using RTA system in a graphite box with Se or S powder. Effect of annealing processes such as only S, only Se, both of S and Se, and two steps (first Se atmosphere and second S atmosphere) on the structural, chemical, morphological, optical properties on the CZTSSe thin films were investigated using X-ray diffraction, Raman spectroscopy, and field emission scanning electron microscope, UV-vis spectra. The properties of CZTSSe thin films were strongly related to the annealing processes. Futher detailed analysis and study of the properties of CZTSSe thin films formation will be discussed.
