It is very important to sensitively detect these molecules as a biomarker and understand their interactions for diagnosis and establishment of optimal therapeutic strategy. In recent, our group discovered the worth of conjugate polymer nanoparticles for biomolecular sensing due to remarkable intrinsic optical property from conjugated structures. In this presentation, thus, I’ll demonstrate that novel probing system based on polyaniline nanoparticles; 1) the particulation and stabilization methods for the preparation of nanoprobes based on conjugated polymers, 2) the authorization of the intelligence into conjugate polymer nanoparticles, and 3) applications for sensing and analysis of biomedical contents using conjugated polymer nanoparticles. In conclusion, I expect that our novel probing system using conjugate polymer nanoparticles may play a kernel role as a “first-mover” to sense the specific target biomarker related with diseases. |
