Light-cured cavity base & liner is block off inflow of a stimulus from filling material and use to decrease oversensitiveness of dentin. Most cavity base & liners use calcium hydroxide, glassionomer and ZOE. Because these do coordination polymerization by mixing catalyst and base, Operating time is long. If Operator use a wide part of tooth surface, material is easily separated from tooth by weak bonding force and because to weak physical strength, material is easily break. Therefore, the main study take the focus on light-cured base & liner of high physical strength and bonding strength. First, we designed and synthesized new bonding agent for increasing bonding strength. Our researchers developed product of high physical strength and bonding strength that don't need etching and bonding agent and product of syringe type to help convenient handling of operator. |
