제목 Enantioconvergent biotransformation of (R)-4-chrolopheny-1,2-enthandiol by highly active epoxide hydrolase
초록 In order to enhance the activity of the recombinant epoxide hydrolase of Caulobacter crescentus(CcEH), the EH gene was expressed in the presence various molecular chaperone and foldase. Escherichia coli harboring various plasmids containing chaperones was used as a host. The specific activity of CcEH was the highest when the gene was expressed with pTf16 plasmid containing tig gene. We carried out enantioconvergent hydrolysis of racemic 4-chlorostyrene oxide for the preparation of enantiopure (R)-4-chrolopheny-1,2-enthandiol. Chiral (R)-4-chrolopheny-1,2-enthandiol with enantiopurity more than 90% was obtained with more than 50% yield.
