Highly-Ordered Solution Processed Organic Semiconductor Films via Wet Template Assistance |

In this study, triethylsilylethynyl-anthradithiophene (TES-ADT) semiconductor micropatterns were fabricated by wet polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) stamps. Linearly-patterned PDMS stamps were soaked in 1,2-dichloroethane (DCE) solvent for 10 min and placed in conformal contact with the spin-coated amorphous TES-ADT films. During the contact, simultaneous patterning and annealing of TES-ADT films occurred in a short time with the help of DCE vapor in the stamps. These tailor-made TES-ADT patterns contained negligible grain boundaries and OFETs comprised of these micropatterns showed μFETs up to 3.08 cm2/Vs. |
